Rebuilding
The Chimney Crown can crack and allow water to enter the interior of the chimney causing damage
to the flue tiles and the brick work. If only a few bricks are affected they can be removed, but in
some situations multiple rows of brick need to be removed and replaced with new brick and mortar.
After the affected areas are repaired a new crown is poured.
